Free shipping for orders over HK$499 after all member discounts. Shipping will be arranged within 3-5 working days. Actual delivery time depends on the courier service company.

If the purchase is under HK$499, a shipping fee of HK$35 will apply.

Shipping is free for orders over HK$499, after deducting all member discounts and including customs duties and shipping fees. A 12% customs clearance fee and shipping will be charged based on the total order amount. Delivery will take approximately 7-14 working days.

Oversized items (e.g., diapers, large furniture, etc.) cannot be shipped and will be refunded immediately for the price of the item.
